Return and Exchange Policy

At Luchiz Beauty, we’re committed to helping you feel confident and beautiful in every unit you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your wig, we’ve made our return and exchange process simple and transparent.

🛍 Returns

You may return your wig within 30 days of purchase, as long as:
• The lace is uncut
• The wig is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different texture, length, or style? No worries!

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days if:
• The lace is uncut
• The wig is in brand-new, unworn condition

Your new wig will be shipped once we’ve received and approved the original return.

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at info@luchizbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
3. Ship your wig back to us using a trackable method.
4. We’ll inspect and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the return.

❗ Please Note:
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs with cut lace, visible wear, or styling products.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
• For hygiene reasons, wigs must be returned in their original, clean condition with tags and packaging intact.
